Future of work
We have set up an area dedicated to the future of work, with the aim of optimizing the quality of Liberty Healers' work and anticipating market trends, guaranteeing the effectiveness of our “Liberty” model.
Hybrid experience
We value both remote and face-to-face work. We have refurbished our offices to promote connection between LibertyHealers, as well as creating events and practices that reinforce team cohesion, regardless of their physical location.
Remote self-management
We adapt our working practices to improve self-management and well-being. We include ergonomic tips, flexible routines and effective communication to ensure that everyone can work to the best of their ability, wherever they are.
This is our journey in the Anywhere Office model
The pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote work, and we have adapted to the “Anywhere Office” model, maintaining the flexibility of hybrid work and learning to maintain a unified culture remotely, even with approximately 300 Liberty Healers.
